PRINTSNIP TOOL
Resize your signature for online forms
Exam, bank and government forms often ask for a signature image of a fixed size, usually under 10–20 KB. Take a photo of your signature on white paper and PrintSnip cleans and resizes it.

How to use it
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and take a clear photo.
- Open the signature maker and choose the photo.
- Crop to the signature; PrintSnip removes shadows and makes the ink dark and the paper white.
- Set the size and KB limit the form asks for, then download.
Good to know
- A blurred or shadowy photo gives a weaker result; take the photo in good light.
- Always check the exact size rules in the form you are filling.
- Photo and PDF edits run on your device. Only the PDF password and signing tools send the file to the server, where it is processed and deleted straight away.
Privacy and saving
Photo and document edits are processed on your device. Account information is stored on the server. Adding or removing PDF passwords and signing PDFs use temporary server processing, and files are deleted immediately. Print-shop orders use temporary encrypted storage. Read the Privacy Notice before sharing sensitive files.
