PRINTSNIP TOOL
Reduce a photo to under 100 KB
Upload pages often reject photos above 100 KB. PrintSnip reduces the file size, converts iPhone HEIC photos to JPG, and keeps the image looking natural.

How to use it
- Open the tool and choose your photo. HEIC photos from iPhone are converted automatically.
- Choose “Under 100 KB”, and add width and height if the form asks for them.
- Press Make photo and check the result size and preview.
- Download, share, print or send the new copy to another device.
Good to know
- If you need an exact pixel size and a KB limit together, enter both so the tool checks them in one go.
- PNG files with transparent backgrounds may become much larger than JPG; choose JPG for the smallest file.
- Photo and PDF edits run on your device. Only the PDF password and signing tools send the file to the server, where it is processed and deleted straight away.
Privacy and saving
Photo and document edits are processed on your device. Account information is stored on the server. Adding or removing PDF passwords and signing PDFs use temporary server processing, and files are deleted immediately. Print-shop orders use temporary encrypted storage. Read the Privacy Notice before sharing sensitive files.
Frequently asked questions

Pixels are the width and height of the photo. KB is how much space the file takes. A form can ask for one or both.
Can I compress several photos at once?
Yes. Use Batch resize to compress and rename many photos together and download them as a ZIP.
Will it work for documents?
For PDFs use PDF tools → Edit & merge, which can save a smaller PDF.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in your browser.
