PRINTSNIP GUIDE
Reduce a photo to under 200 KB
Phone photos are often 3–8 MB. 200 KB is enough for a clear photo on most portals. PrintSnip reduces the file and keeps good detail.
Open the tool Create a free account

How to use it
- Open Make My File Fit and choose a photo.
- Type 200 as the KB limit (and pixel size if needed).
- Press Make it fit and check the preview.
- Download or share the smaller copy.
Good to know
- Some portals also need a minimum pixel size; check the form.
- For many photos at once, use Batch resize.
- Photo and PDF edits run on your device. Only the PDF password and signing tools send the file to the server, where it is processed and deleted straight away.
Privacy and saving
Photo and document edits are processed on your device. Account information is stored on the server. Adding or removing PDF passwords and signing PDFs use temporary server processing, and files are deleted immediately. Print-shop orders use temporary encrypted storage. Read the Privacy Notice before sharing sensitive files.
