Prepare an ID photo and a printable sheet

How to use it

Open the maker and upload a clear portrait or take a photo. Start with even lighting and a simple background.
Choose a size such as 35 × 45 mm, then adjust the crop position. Check that the face and head fit the receiving authority’s rules.
Keep the original background or choose the available on-device background option. Inspect hair and edges before saving.
Prepare the photo, choose the number of copies and paper size, and create a print-sheet PDF. Print at Actual size / 100%.

What to check before saving

Framing is manual; automatic face/head compliance detection is not included. Presets are size aids, not country-specific certification.
Some authorities prohibit background editing or retouching. Their rules take priority.
Copies per sheet depend on photo size, paper size, margins and spacing. Printer scaling can change physical dimensions.

Privacy and saving

Supported photo and document edits are processed on your device. Account and service information uses the server. Print-shop sharing uses temporary encrypted server storage. Storage and sharing behaviour depend on the feature you choose; read the Privacy Notice before sharing sensitive files.

Will my passport application accept this photo?

Acceptance is decided by the receiving authority. Check its current size, face-position, lighting and editing rules before submission.

How do I print the correct size?

Match the paper in the PDF and print dialog, choose 100% / Actual size, and measure a test print.
