Use Printsnip only for files you own or are authorised to process or share. Do not distribute unlawful content, malware or files that violate another person's rights. You retain ownership of your files.

Keep your account and sharing links secure. Anyone holding a valid sharing link may access its files within the configured limits. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled. You are responsible for selecting recipients and expiry settings.

Review exports before using or printing them. PDF conversion and text replacement have limitations; formatting, image resolution and selectable text may change. Printsnip is not a certified redaction or archival service. Retain your original files and independent backups.

We may restrict abusive activity or suspend accounts to protect users and the service. Features can be interrupted by maintenance, network faults or device limitations. Contact support to request account closure or dispute an account action. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

No paid subscription is purchased by accepting these terms. Any future paid service must present its price and applicable cancellation terms separately.

Material changes receive a new version and require acceptance before further account access. Earlier accepted versions are retained as evidence.

Service protection: do not bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent ownership or use the service to monitor another person without authority. We may rate-limit, revoke sharing links or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security or misuse investigations. Contact support to ask for review.

You grant only the permissions needed to process and deliver features you request; accepting these Terms does not transfer file ownership or grant a marketing licence. Optional analytics and location have separate choices. Where the law allows, the service is provided without a promise that conversions, exports or availability will be error-free. This does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account setup: Terms acceptance and Privacy Notice acknowledgement are recorded when you register. They are not requested on every sign-in. A changed policy version, or an account without an acceptance record, requires a one-time review before account workspace access. Optional analytics and location remain separate choices.

Email verification: your account can be created before email delivery is configured. An administrator controls whether verifying your email is required before editing. Disabling this requirement does not mark your email as verified. Verification and password-reset links expire and are usable once.
