The document workspace helps organise pages without uploading the document for ordinary local editing. Combine PDFs, add photo pages, change their order and prepare an output file. Review every exported document before using it for an application or printing.

How to use it

Open PDF & Word and add your PDF files or supported photo pages.
Review thumbnails, reorder pages, rotate sideways pages or remove pages you do not need.
Use the available text annotation, watermark or page-number controls as needed.
Download the combined PDF, extract selected pages, or split pages into a ZIP. Open the output to verify page order and text.

What to check before saving

Adding or covering visible text is not guaranteed secure redaction. Do not use visual overlays to remove confidential information.
PDF-to-Word editable text conversion can change layout. Page-image mode keeps appearance but does not create editable text.
OCR, arbitrary original-text reconstruction, and all PDF password workflows are not included. Locked or damaged documents may need another tool.

Privacy and saving

Supported photo and document edits are processed on your device. Account and service information uses the server. Print-shop sharing uses temporary encrypted server storage. Storage and sharing behaviour depend on the feature you choose; read the Privacy Notice before sharing sensitive files.

Common questions

Can I combine images and PDFs?

The workspace can add supported photos as pages alongside PDF pages, then export the combined document.

Will a Word conversion keep every element in place?

Complex tables, reading order and positioning may change. Always compare the output with the original.
